Yes, both healthy and delicious.

3 Smoothie Bowl Recipes That Are Healthy and Delicious

Written by Bella Bucchiotti

I am a huge fan of smoothie bowls. They are my favorite thing to eat for breakfast and even sometimes lunch and dinner! I love that they are full of healthy ingredients and you can always make them the way you like with what you have on hand.

Some ingredients are more colorful than others, but adding your favorite toppings is always an easy way to add color and texture to your smoothie bowl.

For bowls, I made the consistency a bit thicker than I do for smoothies that I drink.

I love adding peanut butter or nut butters to my smoothie bowls, or even dates! I would love to hear what your favorite smoothie bowl ingredient is.

Three Healthy and Delicious Smoothie Bowls

Instructions

Dragon Fruit

Add all ingredients in the blender.

Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes until thick and smooth. If you don’t have a high-powered blender it may take a little longer.

Pour into bowl and add assorted toppings.

Eat immediately.

Acai

For the berry side, put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

If too thick, just keep adding milk until it reaches the desired consistency.

For the kiwi side, put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour both the pink and green smoothies into the bowl at the side time to get them on separate sides of the bowl. If the smoothie is a thick consistency, this is a lot easier to accomplish.

Add your toppings and eat immediately.

Mango

Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender.

Blend until a thick and creamy consistency.

Pour into a bowl and add your toppings.
