This Pumpkin Pie Milkshake is Going to Be Your Favorite Fall Treat

The perfect fall treat.

This Pumpkin Pie Milkshake is Going to Be Your Favorite Fall Treat

by Holly Wade

‘Tis the season for all things pumpkin, but I prefer my pumpkin in pie form! Instead of a traditional pumpkin pie, I’ve combined all the delicious flavors of the classic pie into a delicious pumpkin pie milkshake made with Chobani “Flip”™ Pumpkin Harvest Crisp Greek Yogurt. Not only does it add to the flavor of this pumpkin pie-inspired treat, adding yogurt to milkshakes makes them very creamy and can act as a substitute for about one scoop of ice cream.

As delicious as this milkshake is, I think my favorite part has to be the toppings! Topped with Chobani® crunchy toppings, including flavorful nuts, whipped cream and a mini heart pie crust decoration, this is a wonderful way to indulge in all of your pumpkin fantasies this season!

Ingredients make one large milkshake.

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

Instructions

If desired, use cookie cutters to cut shapes from pre-made pie crust and bake for about 7-9 minutes until golden. Let cool before use.

Dip the top of a tall glass in water, then crushed graham cracker crumbs to coat the rim.

Combine the ice cream, yogurt (not toppings), ¼ cup milk, vanilla, pumpkin puree and spices in a blender and blend until mixture is smooth. Add more ice cream or more milk to reach desired consistency if needed.

Pour the milkshake into the prepared glass and top with a dollop of whipped cream, the crunchy yogurt toppings and a small pie crust decoration.
