Words of Wisdom
Have you ever been in the middle of a project or something you finally started that has been on your goal list forever and for whatever reason it’s just not going as you had hoped so you’re this close to throwing in the towel and giving up?
Of course you have. We all have.
Goal setting is important and keeping a list of big dreams and things you really want to accomplish is something I, personally, think everyone might benefit from.
It’s so exciting when you get the courage / strength / motivation / inspiration to finally tackle said goal! The first step is just starting and it’s an incredible feeling when that first step is taken.
Big goals and tasks can often mean they are more challenging than your everyday task, right? Because if it was just like a regular everyday item on the to do list, it might already be done.
So given the more “difficult” nature of the goal it can sometimes lend itself to one getting discouraged or a bit less motivated. And that’s totally normal and nothing to be alarmed by.
However, it can also lead to wanting to give up. And if you’ve been in that place before, again, you’re not alone. At all.
