What to Pack for Your Weekend in Sayulita
Written by Julie Weinstein and Maritere Rice
Did anyone else get a serious case of wanderlust while reading Mari’s Sayulita Travel Guide a couple weeks back? Her vibrant photos really made me want to hop the next flight to Mexico.
Well, for those of you who either have a trip planned to Sayulita or are planning one in the future (or somewhere else just as beautiful and colorful), we are breaking down for you what to pack.
We all know packing can be stressful, so we’re hoping these finds help you out a bit!
The Sayulita Vibe
In general, Sayulita is very casual and bohemian. Think colorful Mexican chic in a relaxed surfer town. No heels and no dressy clothes needed! Opt for breezy dresses, tunics, sandals, embroidered tops – boho chic, relaxed vibes. You may even find yourself barefoot often throughout your trip!
In Sayulita, the focus is on enjoyment and relaxation. Your daily agenda should be to take in the sun, the beach, the positive vibes, and all the color the city has to offer. Evenings out are laid back, too, and you can get by with flowy tunic dresses.
The Packing List
And now onto what to pack! See below for some of our favorite finds that would be perfect for a weekend spent in Sayulita (simply click the product you like!).
