What’s Not to Love About This Everyday Affordable Springtime Look

Hi friends – Happy Tuesday to ya! Today I have a super casual, very affordable, everyday outfit for you all featuring this Madewell lace-up shirt dress. First things first: if you’re interested in this shirtdress, act quickly, as it’s selling out fast.

As for the rest of the outfit, I wanted to draw your attention to two other items…

1. The tote bag :
   • Being that I work for myself and am often on the go, on a day-to-day basis I need a tote bag that’s big enough to carry everything. And by everything, I mean the typical purse contents (wallet, keys, lipstick, etc) plus my computer, chargers, headphones, and other work essentials.
   • I’ve been looking for a new everyday tote bag this season, and this Madewell transport tote bag completely fits the bill! At less than $180, it’s a bargain considering the quality. Plus, the size is perfect – big enough, but not overwhelmingly large. And I have a feeling the leather will wear nicely.
2. The baseball cap : 
   • Some days just call for a cap, right? Whether it’s a bad hair day, a windy weather day, or just a casual vibes day, sometimes you just want / need to throw on a cap. For those days, it’s nice to have something versatile and dependable in your closet. Again, Madewell to the rescue with this cap. In fact, I ordered it on a whim recently and have already thrown it on a handful of times.
