Tips on How to Wear a Pink Sweater
Well, as you can see, this pink ruffle sleeve sweater is extremely versatile! You can start wearing it now, and then all throughout fall and winter, and even into spring.
To help guide you even more as you style your pink sweater, below are some extra tips!
1. There is no such thing as too much pink (at least in our minds)
Like in the second look above, Carrie wore three different shades of pink together, and it worked perfectly. Just because you’re wearing a pink sweater doesn’t mean you can’t wear pink pants or a pink skirt or pink shoes or pink jewelry. Pink is a beautiful color for now and later, especially in varying shades.
2. You can easily jazz up your look just by adding a couple accessories
If you’re looking for an easy and casual look and simply want to wear your pink sweater with a pair of denim, go for it. But if you’re wanting to spruce things up a bit, just add a couple accessories, such as a bold pair of flats and / or a statement bag or earrings.
3. Think pink for work
Yes, really! As you can see, pink can absolutely work for your 9 to 5. Just add some neutral, more structured accessories and think closed toe, lower heels for your footwear. A pink sweater looks great with navy pants (as featured above) or a pencil skirt, too.
4. Pink can be tough, too
If you shy away from pink because you think it can sometimes be “too girly,” and I’ll be honest, I am guilty of that (Carrie will kill me for writing that ;), I do like to wear it if paired with something a bit “tougher.” Think : leather jacket! I adore the juxtaposition of a blush pink dress with a biker jacket.

Hi Carrie,
I’m biased to work wear (as that where most of my $$$ go for clothing)! I love the pink sweater with the navy pants.
Sheri
my favorite color
I voted for the denim with the navy pants in a close second. I really liked the scarf/necklace with it. It is a great color combination.
You rocked all four looks! I’m partial to the navy pants but you’ve given me so many ideas to step out of my comfort zone!
Hi Carrie!
This pink sweater is adorable!
I wish I could get one, but I would have to wait until little Ava is here!!

Love the pink paired with navy best! So cute!
Paired with navy is the best look!
Anything Camo paired with something feminine is wonderful in my book. Great ideas to maximize styling choices. Always love your ideas. Thx Carrie!
I signed up!
Great! Did you vote?
Pink skirt was my favorite but that camo look is growing on me as I type this!! ;D
